I don't like giving a straight 10, however I phoned Terrence&Sons Electric at 10 am on Friday morning to explain that the electrical socket for my oven was not working. He fitted me in that afternoon. He was efficient, polite and friendly. He fixed the socket and whilst he was here he mended the security light too and all for less than his original estimate! A great guy and a real example of a 10 score!
