We enjoy providing beautiful places for our residents to live in the Clarksville area. We began with “The Georgetown” in 2005. The property had been neglected for several years and it was our determination to restore it to it’s former glory. While working on the restoration, slowly the neighbors around us decided to downsize to smaller homes, and we acquired the three other surrounding properties. Our vision is to completely restore the block of Greenwood Ave and Madison St. We enjoy providing beautiful places for our residents to live while they are either working on their college educations or simply wanting a more elegant place to reside.
