What a pleasant experience! I was in need of a home inspection and went online to search for reviews on companies. When I typed in "top home inspections companies Tucson" Matt at The Edge Home Inspections came up. There was a review on Yelp for his company, so I decided to contact him. Even though I had sent the email later in the evening (I was after 9pm) Matt contacted be right away. He was professional in all of his communications. We met at the site on time and I immediately felt at ease with Matt. He went to work and was always available to answer a question during the inspection period. And he worked hard in some spots that were hard to get to and not the best condition. He was very thorough. He took the time to go through the report and point out the areas in person and with pictures. This helped me understand the full scope of the condition of the home. The report he sent was completed and emailed within a few hours of the inspection. It was arranged in a mode that was easy to follow and the detailed pictures really helped to jog the memory. Overall: The best home inspection experience I have had to date (4th one overall) Price: The cost was inline with other companies I would recommend Matt wholeheartedly!
