After having my husband's headstone removed in May because it was engraved incorrectly back in October, it is still not at the grave site. I understand it was out of his control with a machine down however, when it was up and running I should have been one of the first to have the stone corrected. It has now been almost 5 months and I was told it could take another month. The customer service was heartless. I wouldn't wish anyone the heartache I have gone through. When dealing with the public on a matter that is so sensitive there should be a little more compassion.

We needed to have some dates added to our relatives headstones. Ron took care of this for us in an expedient, professional manner. Very couteous, fair priced and work was well done. Would strongly recommend to families needing this type of work. Photos were provided and we are very pleased with the results. My beloved brother Stephen just died unexpectedly. My father passed away 21 months ago and I still hadn’t put my father’s date of death on the family stone. It was weighing heavy on my heart. My funeral director, Chris recommended Ronald to come have the work done as I wanted it done right away. He was pleasant to deal with and he sent me before and after pictures before the services so I could see the quality of his work and ease my mind. It came out so beautifully!
