We travel to companies in Maine teaching on-site yoga classes throughout the workday to address the limiting factor of job stress. First class FREE! Our yoga classes are designed specifically to calm the nervous system, bringing the body and mind into a relaxed, stress-free state where healing can occur. We teach breathing techniques, yoga postures and guided meditation to actively reduce the stress response, cultivate mental clarity and positivity, and release built-up tension from work (whether it be from sitting for long periods of time or manual labor). Stress can significantly increase a persons risk of developing cardiovascular disease and musculoskeletal disorders, as well as reduce creativity, productivity and positivity, leading to employee disengagement and dissatisfaction.
