As a 100% made from scratch kitchen, we are proud to offer food that is prepared fresh on a daily basis using quality, creative, locally sourced ingredients where the end result is a great tasting dish that will leave you wanting to come back for more. Some highlights of what we do: French fries, potato chips, & tortilla chips made fresh in house each day. Dressings, tartar sauce, Queso & salsa made in house. Chicken tenders & fish hand battered, breaded & fried in a high quality, zero-trans fat oil. Pizza dough made fresh in house and hand stretched and then topped with our freshly prepared sauce of choice to make our fantastic pizza creations. Burgers and sliders are hand ground daily in house before being placed on locally baked Brioche buns. Steaks are hand cut from natural beef raised in Greeley, CO, free of antibiotics & hormones. Pork house smoked for at least 14 hours using hardwood chips to give the best flavor Try one of our 24 beers on tap, many from the local scene that pair extremely well with our offerings. Or try a locally distilled spirit featured in one of our crafted cocktails made with freshly squeezed juice (you won't find any reconstituted lemon, lime, or orange juice here, only juice that used to be an orange, a lemon, or a lime only a short while ago). Open 7 days a week for lunch & dinner from 11am to 10pm, then a limited late night menu and happy hour from 10pm to Midnight, open for drinks after that until 2am. Brunch on Saturday & Sunday starting at 9am until 3pm come for delicious brunch items as well as our fully stocked Bloody Mary bar as well as mimosas made with freshly squeezed OJ! Happy hour M-F, 3pm-6pm, discounted drafts, well cocktails, & appetizers, and again from 10 to Midnight. We also have a great patio featuring abundant outdoor seating & two fire pits! 1.
