Tatyana White is the founder of Brillianta. Prior to Brillianta, Tatyana had a successful career in software sales, marketing, and operations at both established companies, including Oracle Corporation, RSA Data Security (now EMC), Verifone and start-ups, including MessageSling -- next-generation voicemail provider similar to Google Voice that she launched at Fall Demo 2008, and Mascot Network -- a SaaS provider that recruited 100 colleges and universities between 1999-2001 for its online community, similar to Facebook. At Mascot, Tatyana managed marketing, engineering, IT, and campus relations. Tatyana has BS Summa Cum Laude in Computer Science and Mathematics from Tufts University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. On September 10, 2001, lawyers were putting finishing touches on a merger agreement between Mascot and another company. On the afternoon of September 11, that merger was off. By September 30, 2001, Mascot was out of business. Meanwhile, Tatyana was five-months pregnant with twins. Instead of looking for a job, Tatyana decided to start a consulting business, so that she could work part-time and spend time with her children. As her children got older and more independent and her business expanded, Brillianta has evolved to become a full-time venture. Tatyana loves Brillianta and she loves her children. She likes the flexibility and the diversity of project work and the lifestyle it provides her, so that she is able to schedule time off for school vacations and minimize commute hours, yet still stay up-to-date with technology and learn about new markets and products. Her recent projects have been focused in private and public cloud computing, virtualization, telecommunications, digital marketing and medical information systems. She has also contributed to projects in information security, education, healthcare, financial services, electronic payments, legal software, website design and hosting, data center outsourcing, physical security and monitoring services, replacement tires, government compliance, agriculture, toothbrush manufacturing, airplane maintenance, and many others. Brillianta primarily works with businesses that sell to other businesses. Having worked in both big companies and start-ups in both strategy and operational roles, Tatyana can help with market research and business strategy, put together marketing messages and programs, and execute.
