I rented from Simply Property Management-Paielli Realty for about two years and had a really good experience. The apartment was in great shape when we moved in and they did everything possible to keep it that way, even asking us at one point if there was any additional things they could do to improve the apartment. And Simply Property Management-Paielli Realty did their best to make paperwork and billing issues as painless as possible.
