NPS was the property manager and siding contractor for Fuller Farms Condo Association in Lowell MA. Mr. Dec, owner is a self serving greedy individual that let his trustees and unit owners down. Mr. Dec, was hired and entrusted to install vinyl siding for a 26 unit building. He carried no insurance and installed the siding with absent care. Mr. Dec chose not to install flashing around all 100 windows. He chose nor fully wrap the building with Tyvek. He chose not panel and protect the exposed KD lumber behind 3 exterior stairs. It is exposed to moisture,wind driven rain, wildlife and wood destroying insects. The association paid him $115,000 for this dismal failure. Several siding contractors said that the siding needs to be removed and replaced. There is ongoing stormwater penetration around most windows. Mr. Dec resigned prior to facing consequences of trial.
