ABOUT US AND OUR HOME: My boyfriend and I live in a cozy, pet friendly home in a quiet, spacious, industrial-ish neighborhood and have two dogs--a full-grown hounddog and a boxer mix puppy. Inside we've got one really long couch that dogs love to nap or cuddle on while we hang out or watch tv and another small love seat in the den that my hound dog especially loves to curl up in when he needs some respite from our playful puppy. At night, we let our dogs and our doggy guests sleep on the large ottoman at the foot of our bed, but we almost always wake up to them snuggling with us. Outside is a pretty sizeable yard--one half of which is fenced in. Our front yard isn't fenced in, but sometimes we take our dogs to the front porch with us. Luckily, even if they were to get away, traffic on our street is pretty scarce, not to mention slow-moving. We're surrounded by a few abandoned buildings--some of them homes, some of them more industrial--but it makes for a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. However, we're only a five minute drive from downtown Soda City and not too far from the Lexington/Irmo area either. WHY YOU CAN RELY ON US: We’ve had over 40 stays booked through Rover and a wide variety of dogs--just check out our reviews on our website--not to mention we’re regularly asked to watch our friends’ pets. We also have a diverse history of pets with different personalities, so we’re very comfortable welcoming your fur-baby into our home for however long you might need. We’ll also be sure to send you photographs of your dog or puppy while you’re away so that you can rest easy knowing he or she is in good hands.
