The recommendation is DON'T HIRE THIS GUY. He has simply ABANDONED my lawn and service here for over a month now. There is no excuse for this unprofessional behavior. I haven't seen him in over a month after emailing him twice, asking for the professional courtesy of formally sending me a notice that I was dropped from service. I received an email that he would be out the following day to mow, but I still haven't seen hide nor hair of him days later. Now, I'm stuck with knee-high grass that is going to cost me a LOT of money to have cut down. What's funny is that I'm not hearing anything further in email BUT I see new pictures posted on the company's Facebook account -- during these same dates he's ignored my lawn -- of new sodding and landscaping work he's doing. Don't waste your time on these "landscaping professionals" who only value certain customers. They don't deserve to stay in business when the bill is the only thing you can count on. There is NO EXCUSE for leaving someone high and dry and for treating existing customers in this way, especially when all you have to do is simply inform them that they've been dropped so that they can make new arrangements for lawn maintenance. A second warning -- he makes libelous claims, attempting to shame and silence an honest review by claiming delinquency on my account. I have confirmations/receipts from online payments I made on his website (via his own billing system) proving that I was paid up for my service with a 0 balance each month. I paid every time that I was billed, never delinquent for 30 days much less 3 months as he claims. Moreover, he fails to notify of changes even though he is in contact by email, claiming only that the customer didn't answer the phone; this is an easy way for dropping clueless customers and then referring to his website when he no longer shows. Buyer: beware.

The yard above was discontinued due to a new policy with the company, that we no longer mow on an every two week basis. This customer is upset because she knew she was paying an extremely under priced amount from the previous owner of the company, and now will be charged the correct amount for the service her over grown yard requires. Our website clearly states the terms and prices for services. She's now made it a mission to bad mouth our company on multiple sites. Never mentioning she was constantly late on payments, sometimes up to 30days. And she was contacted multiple times by phone with no answer and a full voice mail.
