Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that City Locksmith Shop had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). I called to set up an appointment for tomorrow to fix door cylinder with City Locksmith Shop I was told my call would be returned so I could get an estimate and set up appt. time. My call was returned by Bob within 5 minutes. I sent him 3 pictures to determine the problem. Paul told me that he could tell me how to fix the problem myself and there was no need for them to come out..so in 3 minutes my lock was fixed over the phone. How fantastic is that...
