Having lost the keys to my home, I was caught completely off-guard. The spare key was with my fiancé, who was out of town. Being quite clueless, I enquired around for suggestions. My neighbor asked me to call City Locksmith Shop. After a quick web search, I found their details on https://www.Gary.City-Locksmith-Shop.com and called them up, hoping that someone would be available at 11 pm. Not only were they available, but they also sent help in ten minutes. Joseph was so understanding and managed to get a key made quickly. Saving their number 219-728-5186 for any such ‘accidents’ in the future! Highly-recommend!

A hectic day at work later, all I looked forward to was a good night’s sleep. But that was surely something I wasn’t entitled to as I found out a few a minutes later. Upon reaching home, I found that the lock had jammed up and I couldn’t even get into my own house. It was late and I was already tired and dreary. A small search online led me to http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. Locksmiths in Gary, IN do have a notorious reputation for being late and I didn’t have a lot of hope pinned on the firm. I called them up on 219-728-5186, hoping against hope that someone would get here fast. And they did! In fact, it only took a technician from City Locksmith Shop 10 minutes to reach my spot. The technician, Gary, was polite and quite efficient at his job. He got the lock working in seconds and also doled out tips on maintaining locks to prevent a recurrence in the future. I’m bowled over by their timely services and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that City Locksmith Shop had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!
