Everything the rest of the Online say is true, which is why I called these guys. They are simply the best - reasonably priced, professional, speedy. It was 1 am on a Sunday night, my date and I were coming home from a show in Sanford , FL , and my keys were sitting on my kitchen table. Oops. Called Lock Safe Services to have my deadbolt changed. 15 minutes later, Mike, a friendly, honest, and helpful guy arrived at my door. Mike explained that my door wasn't in great shape, and actually convinced me to buy a cheaper lock than the one I originally requested. 5 minutes later, the new lock was installed. If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys. They're honest, and the feeling that you weren't put through the wringer is priceless. They even gave me a New Years gift basket. Seriously? A+++

Just had my cylinder lock for my apartment changed by Lock Safe Services , Joel. He was absolutely amazing and fast! Joel was very friendly and explained everything about the lock that I currently had as well as the new lock. These guys are great - they're going by Lock Safe Services. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.
