Our services include (but are not limited to): •Documentation of company standards and procedures to increase efficiency and improve business processes •Development of Revit templates and families that meet company drafting standards, and the ongoing management and maintenance of those Revit files •Practical Revit training for existing employees – drafters and engineers •Production modelling, which provides the following benefits: ◦A Distributed Team to “Follow The Sun” – enabling continuous work on a project beyond the standard work day (for example: design changes can be made during the US work day, then changes to the construction documents can be done during the India work day and ready for review during the following US work day) ◦Cost Reduction – Revit modeling can take approximately 2-4 times as long as a similar project in CAD (depending on the experience of the modelers and engineers). However, the benefits of Revit can be gained, and a competitive fee maintained, by taking advantage of the current labor market in India to offset that higher man-hour cost. ◦Outsourcing for Overflow – supplementing your existing employees during times of heavy work load ◦Outsourcing for Skill – enable companies without enough (or any) Revit-trained employees to pursue jobs requiring Revit deliverables A message from our founder: I have developed extensive knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, and their customization, and I enjoy tailoring applications to better suit the user. I have experience creating models of existing structures using as-built drawings, as well as modeling various construction materials and types (wood; steel; cast-in-place, post-tensioned, and tilt-up concrete; etc.).
