On March 16 the drive shaft on my 07 F.Liner got busted driving down Toll Road near Cameron Road in Austin, TX. I searched Google for a mobile repair service. I found www.millenniumtruckrepairs.com at the top of the list and decided to give them a call. Spoke with Mike who took all of my information. I was told a technician would need to be out my way within 45 minutes. Mike then asked me for my credit card so that he could proceed to charge the call out. I told him I did not feel to comfortable with giving my credit card over the phone before a technician showed up. He explained to me that it was the after hours and that the drivers time would need to be secured and that the labor and parts would be charged once the mechanic was done. I didnt know how to feel about it. Mike then told me he was a victim of identity fraud and that he understood my concerns. I told him I would give him a call back. After a couple minutes I decided to go through with it. After giving him my card he told me that the first $150.00 would be charged first and that I would receive a receipt for that charge through my email. He assured me that he would rip up my card information once my card was charged. About an hour later a mechanic was out my way. My truck eventually needed to be towed into the shop because the dealership which had my part was not open. I did not get charged labor for the mobile call, instead they charged me in-shop labor. Thank you for making my night gone wrong good again. Much a

I manage a fleet of 10 trucks and 4 trailers. One of my drivers got stranded on the interstate with a full load. Normally I use my Roadside Masters Roadside Assistance Plan but nobody seemed to pick up the 24 hour phone. After doing a Bing search I found this company. They towed my truck into their affiliate repair shop and even finished transporting the load to its destination which was about 150 miles away from where the truck broke down. After finding out they over roadside assistance and fleet management, I switched over from Roadside to them. Great Company.
