I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Lock Safe Services. And while I might just be adding on to the humongous pile of praises and appreciation they’ve already received, it’s only right to share my incredible experience with them. I needed a spare key. I know that a local hardware shop could have helped me with it, but the only problem was, it was 10:30 pm and all the shops were shut. I had to leave town urgently the next morning and I needed a spare to hand out to my neighbor to let the maintenance workers in. Literally, every 24-hour locksmith I called seemed to either deny service, or didn’t pick up my call – that is, every locksmith but Lock Safe Services! Dave arrived in less than 15 minutes and being a complete pro, he handed out the copy key in minutes. Lock Safe Services has redefined the levels of customer service. I needed a spare key made so I could hand it out to my maid before I left town the following morning. After being denied service by several locksmiths, I grew frustrated. They did mention 24/7 services on their website and it was only 10 pm. Why claim something when you can’t offer it? Fortunately, I landed up on http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com and for once, here was someone who lived up to all the claims made. Edward from Lock Safe Services got there in like ten minutes and I got my spare set of keys handed out to me. I expected heavy charges considering the odd timing I’d called them up, but he charged me a flat rate with no additional charges! That’s incredible! Go for it, especially, if you’re looking for someone to help you out in an emergency! Save their number 972-512-6391 for future use. They’re the no.1 locksmith company in Rowlett, TX!!!

Dave is professional, responsible, trustworthy, and just an excellent provider. He gives you the straight scoop, doesn't try to up-sell you and is just as accommodating and pleasant as can be. I've used Lock Safe Services twice and will again every time i need a locksmith.
