Amber Locksmith Store is absolutely the best! This is the second time I’ve worked with them and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The first time I hired them was when I had issues with the front door lock. James went above and beyond to ensure that the new lock fit properly. It was quite a feat considering the fact the house was old and the previous lock had been in an extremely poor condition. The suggestions were incredibly insightful and helped me pick the right lock for maximum security. The second time I hired them was in an emergency. I got locked out of my home past midnight and called their number 508-409-6365. A technician, Mark I think his name was, got there within 20 minutes and took barely a minute to open the lock. I will never use another locksmith again. Amber Locksmith Store is great, be it for emergencies, or standard everyday work. The best in Marlborough, MA. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

This is proof that you shouldn't call any service provider without checking Online first. Saw the reviews on Amber Locksmith Store and prayed they would service in Marlborough, MA. My Medico lock became misaligned and we knocked it clear off when we slammed the door. Called Amber Locksmith Store. They are, courteous, professional and honest (yes, I said HONEST) and did't take advantage of someone because they were in a vulnerable position. I recently had a locksmith after we evicted a tenant and they took full advantage of us. Wish I would have known about this place at that time. Thanks Amber Locksmith Store !

Having locked myself out of my place on an icy cold night, I was ecstatic to hear that they could come rescue me in 20 minutes!! John came promptly and had me in in no time. My dogs were happy to see me!!! Apparently, John works with his brother. Very personable, professional and funny! Highly recommend them. Since I rely on these referrals, I make sure to leave a comment when I'm super happy. John, thank you for coming right away, getting me in and reuniting me with my puppies!
