I moved into a new place and the first thing I wanted to do before moving the boxes in was – to change my locks. The property was around ten years old, and I didn’t want to risk my security just to save a few bucks. I was new to Monroe, OH and resorted to asking my neighbor for suggestions on a good locksmith. I was put through to Expert Locksmith Shop. Gary got there in ten minutes, and after a quick look at my locks, he said that the locks were fairly new, in good condition, and could be put to use for a few more years. He suggested that I rekey the locks instead. Well, he could have made quick money by changing the locks, but he didn’t. That’s a level of integrity I’ve never observed in any locksmith I’ve hired previously. I even redeemed a special discount coupon I found on their site https://www.Monroe.Expert-Locksmith-Shop.com. Yes, on an already low bill, I got a further reduction. Could I ask for anything more? Highly recommend! FIVE STARS for extraordinary customer service!!!

My son lost his car key and called me for help in 1AM. I was really scared for him being outside in the middle of the street locked out. I asked around and found this Expert Locksmith Shop , name seemed so friendly. He came to the rescue with few questions asked for the year and model of the car. I didn't felt ripped off calling locksmith middle of the night. In fact I felt so releaved that I called the right guy of all the locksmith out there in Monroe, OH area. I am really grateful even now just thinking about that incident, how professionally he handled opening the door. Now I know who to call when I am locked out from anywhere.
