I’d been away on a long vacation and when I came back home, there was a terrible sight awaiting me. The locks to my front door were broken, and whoever had broken into the property did away with most of the electronic goods. Thankfully, I hadn’t lost much, but the experience left me shaken nevertheless. After dealing with the authorities, the first thing I needed was – a locksmith. I’d moved into Norfolk only recently and didn’t know any reliable locksmith. My neighbor suggested General Locksmith Store and I must say, I’m very impressed with these guys. It was around 9 pm when I called these guys. They sent a technician to my place within 15 minutes. From the way they carried themselves to the manner in which they carried out the job, it was evident that they were complete pros. Within an hour, they’d fixed damage, replaced the lock on the front door with a high security one to prevent similar mishaps in the future and charged me a reasonable price for it all. "Top notch work as always! Though I was in no hurry, General Locksmith Store sent a technician to my location within 20 minutes to get a new smart lock installed at my front door. David had a lot of options and he took the time to clearly explain the features and the pros and cons of each lock model. Once I’d made my pick, the installation process didn’t take long and he followed it up with a quick demo. Completely satisfied! The lock works flawlessly and it was offered at a discount from the market rate. Great service from General Locksmith Store. I needed a lock repaired and even though it wasn't urgent they were able to come out the same day. The locksmith was fast, professional, and did the job right. The price seemed fair. I would definitely use General Locksmith Store again!
