Ok, just adding to the mountain of good reviews here... The lock on the door to my apartment was busted. After a tiring day at work, when I was confronted with a door I no longer had access to, I did nothing to improve my spirits. Despite John from Universal Locksmith Store insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door! "A locksmith I hired from the nearby store damaged the door so badly while trying to bust the door open that I thought I would have to replace the door entirely. Universal Locksmith Store suggested that a metal reinforced plate could be used to secure the door without spending on a brand new one.
