Easily 5 stars! The keys were stolen which meant that I needed to get my locks rekeyed right away. Most firms I called in Everett, MA offered a reasonable price, but didn’t fix a proper time and instead offered 2 hour or 4 hour windows, which meant that I had to take a day off from work. I didn’t want that! So, I called Universal Locksmith Store up and enquired. The dispatcher informs me that they don’t do windows and could work at any time I want! That’s just what I needed! Joe showed up in another half an hour and finished the job in quick time. Good price offered by Universal Locksmith Store - it was lower than most. If you need a job well done, I highly recommend calling these guys on 617-580-9102…easily, the best locksmiths around.

It was such a bad day that I ended up locking myself out of my home. However, I was indeed lucky to have Joe from Universal Locksmith Store come over to my place and open up the door. The firm was very responsive, despite the fact that I was requesting assistance at around 11 pm. No sooner had I emailed them on [email protected] with my quote than I received a call from Joe. I really appreciate their prompt service and would recommend to all in Everett, MA 02149..

Ok, just adding to the mountain of good reviews here... The lock on the door to my apartment was busted. So I tried to save some pennies by posting an ad on Craig's list a method that has worked really well for me to hire my cleaning lady and various handymen for simple jobs. Anyway, after sorting through like 50 replies to the ad, which quoted me prices varying form $100 to $300, I chose some guy who said that he installs locks in hotels for a living for $100 who of course turned out to not know what he was doing. He did put in a good effort, staying wiht the job for like 5 hours! But the door knob was basically hanging off the door the next day after using it twice. Anyway, a week later after calling a bunch of legit locksmiths who wanted $80 to even look at the lock, and who wouldn't commit to a firm price, I called Universal Locksmith Store who fixed the mess that was made for $80 in like a half hour.
