Safe & Key Store is absolutely the best! This is the second time I’ve worked with them and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The first time I hired them was when I had issues with the front door lock. James went above and beyond to ensure that the new lock fit properly. It was quite a feat considering the fact the house was old and the previous lock had been in an extremely poor condition. The suggestions were incredibly insightful and helped me pick the right lock for maximum security. The second time I hired them was in an emergency. I got locked out of my home past midnight and called their number 615-375-3382. A technician, Mark I think his name was, got there within 20 minutes and took barely a minute to open the lock. I will never use another locksmith again. Safe & Key Store is great, be it for emergencies, or standard everyday work. The best in Nashville, TN. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

When I saw all the amazing reviews, I thought "can a locksmith really be this great?" Yes. They Can. I got locked out of my apartment the other night, with a busted doorknob that wouldn't turn. Safe & Key Store had a bunch of other jobs but made sure to keep in touch with me and let me know what time he'd be there. Showed up in an hour and within 10 minutes, my door was opened. And he completely fixed my doorknob all for under $100 late night. Mike the tech doesn't want to rip you off, and you can tell he really wants to do a great job and be friendly while also helping the customer out.

Safe & Key Store is my go-to locksmith. I called them with a door lock problem. It wasn’t an emergency so I asked them to take their own time and send a technician to my place before evening. Ed texted 30 minutes before arriving on location to inform me that he was on his way. He fixed the issue in no time and charged me barely anything for it. Good job Ed!
