I purchased a washer and dryer from this business with a 6 month warranty. The washer doesn't work. After several phone calls, 3 confired repair date commitments from the owner, and a visits to the store trying to get the washer repaired. Jesse, the owner, has not even tried to repair the washer. This business is a joke with a bunch of false promises. Don't use or recommend this business

THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW AND I AM HERE TO SAY STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT HONEST. THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND LEFT AND NEVER CAME BACK DESPITE ALL OF OUR PHONE CALLS.

I bought a used dishwasher from Anchor appliance in Post Falls on November 23rd. Phillip went to install it a day or two later and realized he could fix the one I already had. We called and asked if we could return the machine for a refund and they agreed to it. We returned the appliance and since then I have been begging for my refund. They said they had the check and kept promising to mail it but I never got it. So I went in in the beginning of February to get it. They fished it out of a drawer and off I went. The check has bounced and now I'm so beyond frustrated I don't know what to do!
