I forgot the combination to the safe, having changed it the previous day. I’d written it down somewhere but had misplaced the slip of paper. One, I did not have access to the business contracts, money and other documents locked in the safe. Fantastic experience with Locksmith & Lock Store. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!

It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building. Jerry of Locksmith & Lock Store came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500!
