David was so understanding! When I couldn’t make it on time back home, he waited for over an hour and left only after making sure everything I needed was sorted out. I don’t think any other locksmith would have been so patient, but then Exclusive Locksmith Service has always been different. I’ve been associated with them for three years now and every time they’ve proved how much their customers matter to them. You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). I have recommended this locksmith business to other establishments I know of, cheers to you Dave and Scott. Exclusive Locksmith Service are the best in Niles , IL.
