I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Top Locksmith Services. And while I might just be adding on to the humongous pile of praises and appreciation they’ve already received, it’s only right to share my incredible experience with them. I needed a spare key. I know that a local hardware shop could have helped me with it, but the only problem was, it was 10:30 pm and all the shops were shut. I had to leave town urgently the next morning and I needed a spare to hand out to my neighbor to let the maintenance workers in. Literally, every 24-hour locksmith I called seemed to either deny service, or didn’t pick up my call – that is, every locksmith but Top Locksmith Services! Dave arrived in less than 15 minutes and being a complete pro, he handed out the copy key in minutes. Top Locksmith Services has redefined the levels of customer service. I took the time to check out their website https://www.Harrison.Top-Locksmith-Services.com later – and found that they do much more than key cutting. Definitely calling them again!!! The BEST in Harrison, NY!!

Top Locksmith Services customer service was excellent from start to finish. David and James worked with me to copy vehicle transponder keys within my price range and around my work schedule. They were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and comprehensive in completing the job, making sure everything was programmed and secure. Their workmanship and professionalism truly could not have been better. Combined with their reasonable pricing and thorough explanation of all key-copying options, I give Top Locksmith Services my highest recommendation. Plus, David and James are just really nice guys, to boot.

I called Top Locksmith Services today to have some locks re-keyed. I'm glad I called. They had someone close by named Allen who was great. He showed up at the time I requested with only about 2 hour notice.He was able to re-key all seven locks in about 40 minutes. All for $100 with the 2 keys. If you need someone who will actually show for the job I recommend Top Locksmith Services to everyone !
