After I read about a break-in at a house barely three blocks away, I was shaken. It could just as easily have been my home! I wasn’t ready and I knew that with the current security infrastructure, my house would barely stand a chance against criminals. So, I called up Express Locksmith Store. I read online on their site https://www.Pasadena.Express-Locksmith-Store.com that they offered free security audits, and that’s exactly the thing I was looking for. They were right on time and carried out the assessment in an organized manner. They’d identified plenty of weak spots, and Dave took the time to explain it all to me and advised me on what needs to be done. Without any second thought, I gave them the go-ahead! Two new locks, three fixed doors and a state-of-the-art security system later, I now feel completely secure. Thank you for doing an excellent job at an excellent price. Highly recommend to all in Pasadena !!!!!

I was locked out of my condo and didn’t have a spare key. I was already freaking out, add to that a bad phone connection and what you get is the perfect recipe for a mini-meltdown! Being unable to voice out my concerns to David via phone, we resorted to texting. Huge thanks to David from Express Locksmith Store for being so supportive and understanding! He helped me get back in within five minutes. Thanks for being so responsive – and everything else! If I ever need a locksmith in Pasadena , TX ( I hope I don’t), there’s no second thoughts! Based on Company glowing reviews, I decided to call Express Locksmith Store after an unfortunate incident with my foot and a doorknob (you read that correctly -- it's a long story). Erick is the third locksmith I've dealt with here in Pasadena , TX --- and easily the coolest. His price estimates are far lower than the others I've seen. So what's the catch? There wasn't. He was in and out in within 20 minutes. And in the end, he reassured me that the whole-foot-on-the-doorknob thing is more common than one would think.
