These guys are awesome! They showed up right when they said they would, were very friendly and efficient, fixed the lock quickly and charged exactly what they said they would. I will never use another locksmith in Cincinnati , OH. I've heard horror stories about locksmith's but these guys broke that mold. So happy to have found them and HIGHLY suggest you use them over anyone else.

I called City Locksmith Store based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.

I have used City Locksmith Store several times and, like their service so much that I created an account just so i could review them. Their prices are very reasonable, and John goes out of his way to make sure everything is just right. He is highly skilled and personable, a great combination! I will not use anyone else for my locksmithing needs.
