EXCELLENT!!! There’s simply no other word that could describe them! After my regular locksmith bailed out on me, I called City Locksmith Store up. These guys were incredibly fast. Joe got there in less than 10 minutes and the lock replacement took him a few more minutes. Thank you guys for arriving at such short notice. Had I not stumbled across their website https://www.Cincinnati.City-Locksmith-Store.com, I wouldn’t have made this outstanding discovery. Will I hire them again? Yes, definitely! Hands down, they’re the best in Cincinnati , OH 45243!!

These guys were very nice. They were only 10 minutes late but gave us a huge discount. Good work, nice and professional, they also did extra odd jobs around the apartment. Will definitely use again.

How can you not be amazed by a company that already has a solid five stars? Thanks for making it easy to pick a locksmith! 1st Star: has 24/7 service. 2nd Star: Tech was exactly on time, 8am. And chipper as can be. 3rd Star: Professional service. Tech explained the flaws of our previous lock - but also didn't make me feel like an idiot for my own [failed] installation job. 4th Star: Quick service. I hadn't even taken two sips of my coffee, and the new lock was installed. 5th Star: Cheap! By far the cheapest quote I got. I would not hesitate a second to recommend City Locksmith Store to anyone.
