Having dealt with rude, angry, impatient, incompetent, and dishonest locksmiths in Franklin, MA in the past, I thought good customer service was a forgotten art. Let’s just say that I’d crossed writing reviews off my list a long time ago, because I knew they never made a difference. No matter how worse you tell them they are, they continue to tread on the same path. But today, I felt compelled to take to the internet to write a positive review for Express Locksmith Store. You guys are the superheroes of the locksmithing world and I’m not exaggerating at all when I say that! These guys got me out of a tough spot a couple of weeks back. My babysitter had locked herself out and my 2-year old son was still inside, alone and scared. These guys are great - they're going by Express Locksmith Store. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.

Last Saturday I had a appointment with Express Locksmith Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. He explained the bill to me which was just as expected. He was efficient and got the job done right! Would use them again in a heartbeat! The best Locksmith Company in Franklin, MA

We had Express Locksmith Store come out to change the locks on our house. Appointment setup was a breeze. Called, and within a few minutes had our appointment booked. Our locksmith, John was professional and helpful. He not only arrived early, but gave us information on our current locks and made recommendations to us regarding security and access. We ended up just getting the existing locks changed, and he was able to make us copies of the new keys. Highly recommended. I'd call them again for service. Thanks!

After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Express Locksmith Store to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable. I would recommend this locksmith shop to anyone. Their fast, efficient, and courteous service was all I could ask for.

Great service from Express Locksmith Store. I needed a lock repaired and even though it wasn't urgent they were able to come out the same day. The locksmith was fast, professional, and did the job right. The price seemed fair. I would definitely use Express Locksmith Store again!

Is it weird I almost want to get locked out again so I can call Lockbusters? Yeah, my experience was that great. After coming home at 2am beers may or may not have been involved, I soon realized that a lock on my door that I didn't have a key for had decided it didn't like being taped down, and chose to unlock itself at that very inopportune moment. That next morning, kicking the door in with my boots, attacking it with pink screwdrivers and attempting to scale the fire escape all failed. Defeated, I looked up a lock smith online to come rescue me. I called Express Locksmith Store and reqwest a service the tech called me right back, told me he would be there in 20 minutes. He was at my apartment right on the dot and busted my door open in literally less than 2 min. I was sorta embarrassed at how easily he did it though he assured me the lock had definitely flipped. For a little extra he sorted me out with a new lock and keys in less than 3 minutes and also fixed my sticky door knob. 5 minutes TOTAL I was back in my apartment with my feet up and had also gotten to check off a niggly to-do off my apartment repair list. No muss, no fuss and an A+ experience to cap off what had been a pretty shizzy night of homelessness. I wouldn't call or recommend anyone else.
