To me, all that mattered was great customer service. Having dealt with rude, angry, impatient, incompetent, and dishonest locksmiths in Franklin, MA in the past, I thought good customer service was a forgotten art. However, Express Locksmith Store managed to alter than notion. Polite, friendly, talented and honest, they are an excellent paradigm of how service should be provided. Let’s just say that I’d crossed writing reviews off my list a long time ago, because I knew they never made a difference. No matter how worse you tell them they are, they continue to tread on the same path. But today, I felt compelled to take to the internet to write a positive review for Express Locksmith Store. You guys are the superheroes of the locksmithing world and I’m not exaggerating at all when I say that! These guys got me out of a tough spot a couple of weeks back. My babysitter had locked herself out and my 2-year old son was still inside, alone and scared. I was out of town on a business trip and had it not been for a colleague who linked me through to http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com, I never would have found these guys and received the prompt help that I did. Thank you Express Locksmith Store for doing an excellent job and I’m writing this review just so you know how awesome you guys are! Keep up the good work!!!

These guys are great - they're going by Express Locksmith Store. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.
