Got locked out for perhaps the fifth time in the last few months. I’d forgotten to take the keys with me again! The usual locksmith service I hired was unavailable since it was around 11 pm then. I called Expert Locksmith Store and they agreed to help. I found myself back inside within half an hour. And the charges? Cost me around $48, plus, the locksmith also altered the lock for free so it wouldn’t lock automatically behind me. Now when I think of it, it feels stupid to have spent over a hundred bucks for the same service from another locksmith.

Customer service at its best! Called them on an urgent basis to fix the malfunctioning smart lock and I received the assistance I needed within 20 minutes. Considering the cost of the services, and the value they offer, I’d say they’re the best in Pasadena , TX.
