It is indeed reassuring to know that help is by your side, and so, when I found myself locked out of my apartment, I didn’t panic like most people in my place would. All I did was call Master Locksmith Store and like always, these guys came to my aid in about ten minutes. I’ve counted on this firm for all my lock & key requirements for years now and the immense faith I’ve put on them is all down to their unwavering commitment, and excellent service. Super nice guy arrive from Master Locksmith Store , gets the job done fast, responds to emails quickly, and his rates really can't be beat. He explains everything he's doing, so you know what you're paying for. Boy am I glad my fiance found Master Locksmith Store online. We just moved to Monmouth Beach, NJ and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Monmouth Beach, NJ to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. That's the type of service Jeffry provides. It was a very good experience, Jeffry is extremely polite, and the prices were very reasonable too.
