These guys are LIARS.
A few weeks ago, I scheduled my regular cleaning. I specifically asked not to send one woman, who was very nice but did not do the job I asked for before. So, they sent her anyway, and did not tell me - which made for a very awkward situation when she came and asked me why I didn't like her.
I emailed them, and said, you know, this is bad customer service. They replied, "oh, we'll give you two free cleanings." Whenever I tried to schedule the cleanings, crickets.
Finally I scheduled one online for today (8-10 am). After I emailed them to double check that they are not charging me, they promptly canceled my appointment WITHOUT telling me, and said "go somewhere else, we're not honoring the 2 free cleanings because obviously you are not going to use our service again." Well, I was planning on using their service again until they basically lied and said there was no availability last week (there was, I checked online), did not respond back, and then decided it was not worth their time because I won't be a repeat customer.
