The bolt was shut tight and nothing I did seemed to unlock the door to my bedroom. I called Golden Locksmith Services after finding their details on the website https://www.Redmond.Golden-Locksmith-Services.com. It was great that they could arrive on such short notice. According to Danny, years of rust had started to show and the lock needed to be replaced. He made a quick trip to his van that was now parked in my garage, came back with a brand new lock and fitted it in no time. Super fast service! I’m amazed. Highly-recommended! Surely, the BEST in Redmond, WA 98053…

Now I don’t wanna ramble on here. Let’s keep this short and snappy. I called Golden Locksmith Services and as usual, these guys were right on time. It was I who wasn’t! After being stuck in an extended office meeting, I completely forgot that I had an appointment with Jamie at 8 pm. Despite receiving no information from me, I found Jamie waiting outside my door at 8:15 pm. Such dedication!! I’m truly amazed!!! Thanks to Jamie for being so patient! He didn’t even seem bothered that I’d wasted his time.. I don’t think any other locksmith could have been this accommodative! Five stars for excellent customer service. In my opinion, Golden Locksmith Services is the No.1 firm in Redmond, WA. Call them on 425-749-3701 and you’ll know just how efficient Jamie and his team is!
