To me, all that mattered was great customer service. Having dealt with rude, angry, impatient, incompetent, and dishonest locksmiths in Swampscott, MA in the past, I thought good customer service was a forgotten art. However, Estate Locksmith Store managed to alter than notion. Polite, friendly, talented and honest, they are an excellent paradigm of how service should be provided. Call it fate or simply my good luck, either way I feel that choosing Estate Locksmith Store for locksmith services was one of the best decisions I’d ever made. Having been fooled by firms in the past, I never expected to find an agency that was as professional, affordable and reliable as Estate Locksmith Store. I’ve used their services around 4 times till date and every single time they’ve awed me with their on time and exemplary services. Oh my god, these guys are great. I've lived in Swampscott, MA for 11 years and have had some horrendous experiences with locksmiths. These guys are totally professional and truly good people. It's a flat rate, Yader showed up perfectly on time and changing the lock took him 2 seconds. I'd highly highly recommend this service. If anything, it'll give you a little more faith in the world.
