I’d been away on a long vacation and when I came back home, there was a terrible sight awaiting me. The locks to my front door were broken, and whoever had broken into the property did away with most of the electronic goods. Thankfully, I hadn’t lost much, but the experience left me shaken nevertheless. After dealing with the authorities, the first thing I needed was – a locksmith. I’d moved into Mesquite only recently and didn’t know any reliable locksmith. My neighbor suggested Metro Master Locksmith and I must say, I’m very impressed with these guys.
It was around 9 pm when I called these guys. They sent a technician to my place within 15 minutes. From the way they carried themselves to the manner in which they carried out the job, it was evident that they were complete pros. Within an hour, they’d fixed damage, replaced the lock on the front door with a high security one to prevent similar mishaps in the future and charged me a reasonable price for it all. Thank you so much guys for making it so easy on me and arriving at such short notice! Will definitely hire again! The BEST in Mesquite, TX…

Top notch work as always! Though I was in no hurry, Metro Master Locksmith sent a technician to my location within 20 minutes to get a new smart lock installed at my front door. David had a lot of options and he took the time to clearly explain the features and the pros and cons of each lock model. Once I’d made my pick, the installation process didn’t take long and he followed it up with a quick demo. Completely satisfied! The lock works flawlessly and it was offered at a discount from the market rate.

1st Star: has 24/7 service.
2nd Star: Tech was exactly on time, 8am. And chipper as can be.
3rd Star: Professional service. Tech explained the flaws of our previous lock - but also didn't make me feel like an idiot for my own [failed] installation job.
4th Star: Quick service. I hadn't even taken two sips of my coffee, and the new lock was installed.
5th Star: Cheap! By far the cheapest quote I got.
