Our O’Keefe Avenue studio is open from 6:00a.m. to 7:00 p.m., so you can fit in a workout whenever it’s convenient for you. Barre3 workouts incorporate a blend of yoga, Pilates and ballet barre inspired moves in order to build a strong core, burn fat, and build strength. Everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level.
