With his extensive mortgage background, he is knowledgeable in a wide variety of loan products including construction renovation financing, financing for foreign nationals and has trained on the National Home Assist Refinance Program (HARP). Brad works closely with clients from first-time home buyers to jumbo move-up buyers to ensure closings are done in a timely fashion, satisfying both buyers and sellers. A graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Brad earned an MBA at California State University. His business background is a plus in working with clients on financing their home loans, one of life’s most important financial decisions.
