I am here specifically to get you where you want to be. I grew up surrounded by fitness! I watched my parents train. I participated in Martial Arts and Natural Powerlifting. I obtained World, National and State titles. As an adult, I have been a trainer for 9Round Kickboxing, Lifetime Fitness, and Snap Fitness! I specialize in weight loss, maintenance, and bulking using various types of cardio and HIIT, strength training and many other forms based on what you need.
