Blazingly fast service! I was in desperate need of spare keys having lost my key bunch in transit. I had to leave town on a business trip and I needed those keys to hand out to the caretaker before I left. Thankfully, Aqua Locksmith Store heeded my call and arrived onsite within 10 minutes. It took Joe only a short span to create two extra sets of keys. Compare that to the time I would have otherwise spent on looking for a hardware store and waiting an hour for the keys to made, I’d say their time-efficient service has been made for people like me who’re constantly on the move. I’ve put down their number 860-261-9286 on my contact lists. Will definitely call them again… If you live in Berlin, CT, I highly recommend hiring this firm…

Mike from Aqua Locksmith Store was amazing. He was professional, friendly, and did the whole lock change in like 15 minutes. He talked to me throughout changing my locks, and explained everything to me as he was doing it. He told me funny anecdotes about his work, and really just brought a huge smile to my face. I'm so glad Aqua Locksmith Store was available and that I found them online, huge score for Companies like that. Thanks Mike, it was a pleasure meeting you!

Had a great experience with Aqua Locksmith Store today -- fabulous service, and on a Sunday, too! Todd was prompt, courteous, efficient, and explained everything very well as he did his work. I liked that they promptly emailed me a receipt -- a nice touch. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would absolutely use them again Aqua Locksmith Store is the company to call.
