On a scale of 1 to 10, GREG GUTHRIE merits a MINUS 10. We had an oral contract to pressure wash AND paint shutters a carport ceiling. He said his painting buddy had to renew his license. That was a month ago. To date, he has not replied to emails or phone calls inquiring as to when he would start the job. I wouldn't do business with C&C Powerwashing under any circumstances. I don't deal with liars.
