I believe smart brand marketing strategies come from data that provide insights about how your stakeholders perceive your brand. My goal has always been to build emotional proximity between brands and their target audiences, and that’s only possible if you understand them. I bring extensive experience in Market and Situation Analysis; Corporate and Brand Positioning; and Brand Reputation Measurement
Planning and Implementation
Armed with consumer insights, and aligned with brand vision/mission/goals, I begin to draft a plan that clearly articulates desired outcomes, measures of success and timelines/budget. After appropriate vetting and buy in (including “legal” up front), it’s time to work the plan. I bring a disciplined approach to marketing plan development and execution, including Budget Oversight; Program Management; Busines and Financial Acumen
Measurement and Response
Remember that data I dug up to help inform target audience consumer insights? It's being used here as a benchmark that I can measure our progress against. I’ll recommend filling in the gaps through Brand Training, Employee Communications, Public Relations, Sales Support, and Integrated Marketing Communications that convey a Consistent Voice, Tone and Brand Image.
