The property was changing hands the following morning, and I’d completely forgotten about rekeying the locks. Hired Father Son Locksmith Shop after being completely impressed by what I saw on their website https://www.Ridgewood.Father-Son-Locksmith-Shop.com. They claimed to provide 24-hour service and I could only hope that they lived up to all their claims. I was not disappointed. Despite the short notice, they arrived onsite within 20 minutes with all the parts and tools needed. 2 hours later, they got the job done and the new keys made. Completely bowled away by their service!!!
Do I recommend them? Yes, if you live in Ridgewood, give them a try – you won’t regret it!!!

Based on Company glowing reviews, I decided to call Father Son Locksmith Shop after an unfortunate incident with my foot and a doorknob (you read that correctly -- it's a long story). Erick is the third locksmith I've dealt with here in Ridgewood, NY --- and easily the coolest. His price estimates are far lower than the others I've seen. So what's the catch? There wasn't. He was in and out in within 20 minutes. And in the end, he reassured me that the whole-foot-on-the-doorknob thing is more common than one would think.
