Fast and efficient! The locksmith made it on time before the meeting and managed to retrieve the files locked in the cabinet. Had it not been for Locksmith Solution Services, I would’ve missed the presentation or worse, lost my job. When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends. Got locked out of my apartment at 6:30 pm and called my usual locksmiths who were dodgy about the price. Saw Online rating for nearby Locksmith Solution Services and called. David quoted me a reasonable standard price and was there promptly. He opened the door in no more than 3 minutes with no damage to the lock, and as a courtesy replaced both my cylinder and previously bent lower lock plate. He even gave me knew knob. All in less than 15 minutes. Mad skills and unheard of service level. Believe the hype! - Locksmith Company that you can trust!!
