Answered the phone right away when I called their number 708-401-1100 and provided me an ETA. The technician arrived as per schedule. Drives up to my place on a well-stocked mobile workshop that had all the tools he needed. I needed a replacement key for the lock, and he managed to find the right key blank and crafted one right in front of my eyes. He also stuck to the quoted price and didn’t charge a penny more. Would definitely call General Locksmith Store again! Number one in Willowbrook..

I have used General Locksmith Store several times and, like their service so much that I created an account just so i could review them. Their prices are very reasonable, and John goes out of his way to make sure everything is just right. He is highly skilled and personable, a great combination! I will not use anyone else for my locksmithing needs.

In a city full of skeevy locksmiths, handymen, and supers who are simply not interested in helping you out, General Locksmith Store is a knight in shining armor (and I do not use that phrase liberally). They're quick, responsive to texts, e-mails, and phone calls, and they have reasonable rates. Tom himself? Probably the best looking locksmith in Willowbrook, IL.
