The damage was done. The new lock I purchased from the hardware store with an intention to install it myself was now ruined. Defeated, I surfed the web and found https://www.Smithfield.Father-Son-Locksmith-Shop.com. Eddie got there in minutes. Once he took a look at the lock, he informed me that it was a cheap counterfeit and that’s why it had been damaged so easily due to the rough handling. I felt completely stupid, having wasted 50 bucks on a useless lock. Eddie reassured me that he would fix the genuine one at a lesser price – and so he did. Wish I’d hired Father Son Locksmith Shop in the first place, instead of wasting my time dabbling in stuff that was beyond me. If you live in Smithfield, RI, hire them – they’re EXCELLENT!!!

Service definitely lived up to all the glowing Online reviews! We needed to install a deadbolt in our new apartment. Danny was very friendly, came on time, laid out our options and made recommendations, but was not at all pushy and did not haggle the price, unlike other sketchy locksmiths I've had before. Highly recommended, do it! Call to Father Son Locksmith Shop they are avilable 24/7 a day.

Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Father Son Locksmith Shop to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! Father Son Locksmith Shop the best in Town. Thanks Guys!
