Mr Scott Rand and Ms Janis Rand operate this business along with Trade Partners Construction LLC, Rand Family Partners LLC, and LUXE Interiors that I am aware of. They are extremely unethical and boarder on criminal. They take money from customers and do not complete work. Their work is very substandard. They threaten their customers when confronted. Stay away from any of these businesses at all costs.
