Care and treatment is offered in a home setting with the goal of increasing independence, cognitive efficiency and other essential skills

Non-Medical supportive services include assistance with personal care, bathing, grooming ,dressing and assisting with self administered medications. A daily log is charted with the clients information, vitals and the clients ADL's are recorded. We work with case managers, lawyers and all medical professionals to aide in our clients care
